Standard Policy for Digital Services

            Please read carefully: As we provide digital mock tests that are instantly accessible upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds.
        

1. No-Refund Clause

Once a test series is activated or a test is started, the service is considered "used," and no refund will be processed under any circumstances.

2. Technical Issues

If your payment was successful but the course was not activated, please contact us at crackpsychotest@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue or process a refund within 48 hours.

3. Double Payments

In case of accidental double payments for the same product, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment source after verification.
